Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily HR operations and support organizational goals through effective people practicesPartner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planningOversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processesAdminister and help improve HR policies, procedures, and compliance practicesSupport recruiting efforts, interview coordination, and hiring processesManage benefits administration and respond to employee questions regarding HR programsMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS dataGuide managers on performance issues, policy interpretation, and employee developmentAssist with training, engagement initiatives, and change management effortsEnsure compliance with employment laws and internal standards
