PURPOSE STATEMENT
Responsible for all phases of human resources within a facility to include recruiting and selection, o n boarding, new hire orientation and payroll processing . R esponsible for compensation, employee relations and worker's compensation .
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage the day to day HR functions for the facility. Interpret HR policies for staff and respond to staff at all levels of the organization. Translate complex information and provide highly specialized advice in a specific Human Resources discipline. Serve as known expert in subject matter with a broad knowledge and understanding of HR functional areas. Manage and implement corporate and local Human Resources programs to fulfill state and federal policies and regulations. Identify data needed for repor ts and ensure reports accurately capture and present information appropriate to the audience. Communicate information to all levels of the facility, including leadership, staff and other community members. Resp onsible for leading, motivating and assessing diverse teams, including experienced and junior professionals. May lead projects that impact the facility at the request of leadership or corporate Human Resources. Responsible for compensa t ion, employee relations and worker's compensation . Provide staff management to include hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bach elor's degree in Human R esources , business or related field required . One to three years' p revious experience in a Human Resources leadership role with demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor r elations and negotiation and human resources information systems required .
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS
Professional certification in Human Resources preferred .
Salary Range:
