This Senior Manager, Human Resources will work closely with the management team, as well as the frontline staff, supporting over 150 employees. About the job Bring your HR expertise to a role that's equal parts strategy and support. In this position, you'll partner closely with business leaders to shape workforce strategies, coach teams, and ensure HR practices are aligned, compliant, and effective making a measurable impact every step of the way. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range:
$103445 per year - $133870 per year
Incentive Eligibility:
