This role provides HR leadership in a unionized healthcare environment, supporting employee relations, investigations, compliance, and manager coaching. The ideal candidate has experience navigating complex HR matters, conducting workplace investigations, and ensuring compliance with government contract requirements. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Pay Range:
