Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to understand workforce needs and assist in aligning HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offer processes.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
- Support performance management processes including goal alignment, review coordination, and follow-up on performance improvement plans.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters such as conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support employee engagement and culture initiatives to reinforce organizational values.
- Assist in identifying training needs, organizing development programs, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Participate in workforce planning, headcount analysis, and organizational structure discussions.
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, hiring progress, and productivity indicators, and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor law requirements, providing guidance to managers when needed.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to improving organizational effectiveness.
- Assist with compensation and benefits projects in collaboration with regional or corporate HR.
Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 2. 2-4 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, or other HR modules. 3. Strong ability to partner with business teams, understand organizational needs, and provide HR recommendations. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS/ATS), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Solid understanding of employment laws and HR policies, with the ability to handle employee relations matters. 6. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Experience in employee engagement, culture initiatives, or training programs is a plus. 8. Bilingual communication skills (English/Chinese) preferred if required by business needs.
