Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily human resources operations, ensuring consistent support across employee relations, onboarding, records management, and policy administration.
- Supervise and mentor HR staff while setting priorities, monitoring performance, and promoting a responsive service-oriented team culture.
- Partner with leadership to address workplace concerns, resolve employee issues, and support fair, compliant decision-making.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a key resource for questions related to coverage, enrollment, and plan changes.
- Oversee workers' compensation matters, coordinating documentation, follow-up, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct internal investigations related to employee concerns or policy matters, documenting findings and recommending appropriate next steps.
- Support employment law compliance by maintaining HR practices that align with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives that help strengthen employee capability, manager effectiveness, and workplace compliance.
- Manage HRIS-related activities to help maintain accurate employee data, reporting, and process efficiency.
