ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Responsible for interviewing, screening, and testing potential associates for placement at the onsite location as permitted by the client to fulfill the client's request 100%. Fill orders upon clients' needs with the best possible candidate. If necessary, contact the service branch office for assistance in completing fulfillment. Administer Verification of Employment with previous companies. Conduct orientation on company policies and introduction to company procedures, and provide employees with the proper PPE as require Consistently conduct safety walks throughout the plant to ensure safety practices are in place and a safe work environment. Report Complete the safety observation report and submit it to the management team. Provide employee orientations to all new hires regarding client site job requirements. Ability to interact effectively with client management on a daily basis and address any issues and concerns immediately. Communicate with the branch manager, account executive, and corporate management accordingly. Maintaining computer data information accurately for clients and associates using a time and attendance tracking system, becoming familiar with the completion of injury reports and processes. Generate payroll reports, edit and enter employees' time in a database for check processing, and forward final payroll to the manager on a weekly basis with client approval Answer calls from employees and clients. Reports call outs to client Responsible for the overall performance of assigned work group, including timekeeping, safety, quality, and counseling/coaching employees Actively support customer and company programs and goals Identify opportunities for improvement Drive talent development and product knowledge Provide effective associate relations within the manufacturing facility by ensuring that all employment laws and practices are fair and consistent Ensure adherence to standard work, including facility work rules, especially in regard to good manufacturing practices and food safety. Serve as primary communication liaison between company and customer, working closely with customers leadership team and production employee. Mon-Fri 6am-3pm
