Position Summary:
Lexor is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations for our growing manufacturing business. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, training, and workplace culture initiatives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, ensuring that HR practices support business objectives while fostering a positive, productive, and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate has experience managing HR functions in a small to mid-sized manufacturing environment and is comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR administration.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role Strong communication and written skills Highly organize with good time management Ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of HRIS, computer, Internet, and MS Office Suite Solution provider Can handle tough situations with personnel in a positive and diplomatic way Professional demeanor Fluent in both the English and Vietnamese language Organized and good clerical skills (filing, proper grammar) Have a passion for assisting people A people person (friendly, approachable, outgoing) High spirited and positive attitude Ability to train and advise team members.
Job Duties:
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, Completing I-9, E-Verify and other legal documents as required by Federal and State Labor Laws Assist Managers and Executives identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. Overseeing the hiring and onboarding process including conducting background checks, driving record checks, and reference checks, writing and presenting job offers. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale. Ensuring that employee benefits enrollment, changes and terminations are processed in a timely and accurate manner Organize training & development initiatives, comply with mandatory and non-mandatory training. Develop, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; Responsible for the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll through Co-AdQuantum(PEO) Taking appropriate disciplinary action for employees who violate rules and regulations. Assist Managers in creating a professional and positive working atmosphere for all staff Conduct/prepare exit interviews and separation paperwork to identify reasons for employee separation. Comply with OSHA laws, investigate and report on employee accidents to proper insurance carriers. Implement preventative measures for any accident. Represent Lexor at hearings and investigations. Assist Managers and Executives on 90-day and yearly review of Lexor staff Provide current and prospective staff with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes. Organize Company's events Develop and/or administer special projects in areas such as employee awards. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
