We'd like to welcome an Account Services Representative I responsible to support the Account Services department's operational functions. This individual is dedicated to meeting our Member's financial needs and meeting individual and Credit Union specific goals. JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITES
Reviews and approves of ATM and Mobile deposits, Processes incoming USPS mail, Lockbox, Verifications of Deposit (VOD), IP Capture and Opening/Modifying Accounts. Conducts deposit risk assessment and reviews various risk management reports. Following the directions of others uses sound judgment while balancing the loyal relationships of Members with a dedicated focus on protecting the assets of the Credit Union.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). A minimum of six months related experience within a financial institution or previous cash handling experience preferred. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write basic correspondence. Ability to present information in one-on-one in small group situations to members and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and/or interpret different types of graphs and charts. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, and diagram form (charts and graphs). Ability to deal with minor problem solving and provide solutions. To perform this job successfully, an individual is in the initial development stage learning the features and functions of the USERS system. Some basic use of Microsoft Office i.e. Word and Excel. Ability to work well with members, co-workers, and supervisors. Acceptance and willingness to handle responsibility.

PAY RANGE
In accordance with California's Pay Transparency Act (SB 1162), the expected salary range for this position is between: $22.46 - $26.68 Actual pay will be determined based on a candidate's specific qualifications, including their knowledge, skills, education and experience, internal equity consideration, as well as other job-related factors permitted by law.
Note:
As part of our screening process, LBS Financial conducts background investigations on candidates who have been extended a contingent offer and who have agreed and authorized us to do so.
