About the Role As the Manager, Employee & Labor Relations BP, you will support our Aurora, CO facility by leading employee relations initiatives, conducting investigations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and partnering with leaders to foster a positive, high-trust workplace culture. Your Day-to-Day Lead investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and other workplace concerns. Advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, accommodations, leave, and policy interpretation. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Partner with People & Culture, Legal, and site leadership to resolve workplace issues and manage risk. Coach managers on documentation, employee relations best practices, and difficult conversations. Build and improve employee relations processes and practices for a growing site. Promote a positive workplace culture through manager accountability and proactive issue resolution. Support legal matters, including EEOC charges and external claims. Identify trends and provide recommendations to leadership. Who we're looking for Authorized to work in the U.S. and within commuting distance of Aurora, CO. Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, HRBP, or a related role. Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee matters. Knowledge of employment law, policy interpretation, and risk management. Strong ability to influence, coach, and partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience building processes and driving change in fast-paced or evolving environments. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification preferred.
Annual Base Salary Range:
