As the Director of People Services, you will plan and implement policies relating to all phases of human resources activities including recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, wage and hour issues, and employee safety. The ideal candidate will be: A college graduate, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field. PHR or SPHR Certification preferred. Experienced with 5 -7 years of professional experience in People Services, including 2 years supervising and managing staff in the Hotel/Resort environment. Versed in various federal, state, and local employment practices laws and regulations. A Strategic Business Partner with a proven track record of success in all aspects of recruiting, both international and domestic. Experienced with partnering with key leaders at the property to achieve property and organizational objectives. Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows, with the ability to learn HRIS systems. Fluent in English, both verbally and non-verbally, and have excellent team member relations skills.
