Full-Time About the Role Swipejobs is looking for a motivated, energetic, and Bilingual Staffing Manager to join our growing team in Frederick, Colorado! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to build relationships with employees and clients. Previous staffing or recruiting experience is preferred, but not required. We are open to candidates with strong customer service, leadership, administrative, sales, or people-facing experience who are eager to learn and grow in the staffing industry. What You'll Do Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of positions Build strong relationships with employees and provide ongoing support Communicate with candidates and employees regarding job opportunities, schedules, and assignments Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements Help manage attendance, employee concerns, and day-to-day workforce needs Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met Maintain accurate employee and candidate information in company systems Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Support additional branch and workforce operations as needed What We're Looking For Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Proficient with computers and willing to learn new systems and technology Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, HR, sales, or workforce management is preferred, but not required Why Join Swipejobs?
