Job Description The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, providing strategic and operational HR support. This role will partner with management teams to align workforce initiatives with organizational goals while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with business leaders on employee engagement, performance management, retention, and workforce planning Supporting talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain high-quality talent Managing employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations as needed Advising leaders on coaching, performance improvement, disciplinary actions, and career development Driving succession planning and leadership development initiatives Partnering with compensation and total rewards teams to support competitive talent strategies Analyzing workforce data and talent trends to identify opportunities for improvement Ensuring compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices Supporting training and development programs across the organization MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Business Partner should have: 4+ years of Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Business Partner experience Experience supporting employees within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operational environment Strong employee relations and performance management experience Knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, workforce planning, and talent management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience with ADP Workforce Now, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms is a plus Ability to thrive in a highly visible, on-site business partnership role What's on Offer Base salary: $80K - $110K with annual bonus eligibility Fully onsite in Bethel, CT Career growth potential within a growing organization Comprehensive benefits package
