Salary:
$110,000 - $150,000 plus comprehensive benefits Job Duties & Responsibilities Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with manufacturing, production, and operational objectives while driving employee engagement and organizational performance. Lead recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and leadership coaching for hourly and salaried employees. Manage HR compliance, employee investigations, disciplinary actions, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, CT leave laws), and maintain HR policies and the employee handbook. Analyze workforce metrics including turnover, attendance, overtime, labor efficiency, and staffing trends to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of HR operations including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, and workforce development. Experience analyzing labor metrics and partnering with operations leaders to improve productivity, retention, and organizational performance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using ERP systems or manufacturing reporting tools. Preferred Skills & Experience Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience building high-performance manufacturing cultures and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
