Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices. Develop, maintain, and update employee handbook, HR policies, and compliance programs. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are preferred. Professional services or law firm experience is strongly preferred.
