months Job Description The role will be responsible for the total employee lifecycle. The position serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for all leveraged employee life cycle matters, including hiring, employee relations, performance, and separations. This role partners with and advises pillar heads throughout the organization on how to develop and maintain a healthy, productive, legally compliant, harassment, and discrimination free work environment. They will lead employee onboarding, offboarding, development, and engagement. Success will in part require embedding employee experience in all aspects of employee processes and technology to present a unified experience for managers and employees alike, to ensure all are working at full potential/capacity. Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle - from hire to departure and all touchpoints in between. Oversee all HR inquiries to HR DL/Jira Ticketing, ensuring timely responses, and accurately assigning when not able to complete the request Manage the administration of employee changes and internal transfers, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with internal policies, and seamless coordination with Payroll and HR systems Oversee and administer all aspects of employee onboarding and separations Update onboarding and separation SOPs/Guides as needed Responsible for HRIS and employee file administration across all entities, including home page administration Manage weekly HR Office hours Coaching and consulting with managers and employees on issues affecting morale, performance and development and help to determine root causes and recommend appropriate strategies for improvement Assist in handling all day-to-day employee engagement/relations workstreams below Senior Leadership Employee Performance Improvement Oversight - manage performance improvement plans, assist managers with monitoring progress in addition to develop programming for employee check ins (30, 60, 90, 1 Year, Exit Surveys) Lead the research, drafting, and interpretation of company policies and the employee handbook, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and organizational values Administer Benefit Billing Reconciliation Special projects as needed (annual reviews administration including annual bonus sheets/comp statements etc.) Maintain Job Description database I9 Reporting for Expired Work Documents Additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications 7+ years of HR generalist experience with 2+ years in a strategic HRBP role and/or an advanced degree Understanding of federal and state employment regulations Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Driven to achieve excellence - high standards and expectations Highly organized and reliable Ability to report and analyze information Ability to manage and drive multiple initiatives to completion Proven ability to work independently with excellent judgment and discretion Excellent written and oral communication skills Thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment and be comfortable navigating ambiguity. Education Bachelor's degree required Preferred Qualifications Experience with ADP a plus Working Conditions This role requires regular in-office presence and may involve: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional standing, walking, or reaching within the office environment. Light lifting or occasionally lifting of 15 pounds, such as office supplies or equipment.
