Job Description
Hours:
2nd shift, 3pm -11pm, occasional Saturday's Major Duties & Responsibilities Provide support for hourly and salaried employees with most employee issues including discipline, investigations, and policy guidance. Conduct roundtable meeting to gather feedback and take appropriate actions. Supports administrative oversight for the HR department. Support the Management team in policy interpretation and guidance on team building and performance improvement. Report and analyze metrics to spot trends and make the CHRM aware. The ERM ensures that attendance, unemployment, file management etc., are compliant. Typical reports, Employee Turnover, I9, Active Employees, Kronos reports, Hours summary, missing punches, On Premise, I9 analysis. Ensure compliance to all company safety protocols. Compliance to include I-9 maintenance and notification of expiration to employees. Qualifications Bachelors Degree. 3 - 5 years' Human Resources Generalist experience.
