HR Manager Salary:

$100,000 – $120,000 + 10%

Serve as the primary resource for employee relations and performance management matters. Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies. Partner with leadership on HR strategy and organizational effectiveness. Lead employee engagement and training programs. Qualifications for the HR Manager Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership responsibilities.
