Oversee and advise racing operations at individual racetracks to ensure world-class standards, operational integrity, and compliance with jurisdictional and international racing regulations, including race program development, coordination of race conditions and racing schedules. Leverage international experience to identify and implement best practices from leading global racing markets (Asia, UK, Ireland, and the US), including importing international simulcast races performing the application of radiotelephony and radiotelegraphy as it relates to International Telecommunications Union Radio Regulations. Partner with subsidiary leadership to optimize operational functionality, streamline processes, and maximize profitability, overseeing annual multi-million-dollar departmental and operational budgets and financial forecasting. Drive collaboration across Racing, Gaming, Technology, and Hospitality divisions to achieve organizational goals and operational excellence encompassing pari-mutuel wagering systems, betting structures, regulatory compliance, and emerging wagering platforms. Lead business development initiatives, explore global partnership opportunities, and represent the organization in international market expansion negotiations to enhance 1/ST's racing footprint and brand presence . Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance, financial results, and strategic progress. Represent 1/ST Racing in industry forums, including Horse Racing Board meetings, international negotiations, and global events to strengthen the Companys relationships and influence. Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and innovation by coordinating with horsemen's organizations and racing participants in connection with racetrack racing operations across all entities. Will travel 10% US & Intl to visit the Companys affiliates, subsidiaries and properties as needed.
