At Evolve Health, you can expect Big-City Technology with Small-Town Care.® Job Description Evolve Health is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Regional Supervisor to join our growing team. The Regional Supervisor is responsible for the operational oversight and support of multiple office locations within a defined territory. This role ensures consistent delivery of high-quality patient care, staff performance, and compliance with company policies. The Regional Supervisor provides leadership and coordination for Medical Assistants (MAs), Patient Coordinators (PCs), and float staff, with a focus on staffing, training, operational support, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities Staffing & Scheduling:
Manage staffing schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage for all offices. Coordinate coverage for staff call-outs, vacations, and office closures. Provide direct coverage for staff when needed.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Conduct second-round interviews for regional positions as requested by the Regional Manager. Facilitate training and onboarding for new MAs, PCs, and float staff.
Staff Management:
Address day-to-day staff issues, concerns, and questions. Conduct staff write-ups and follow up on performance-related issues as necessary. Perform Monthly Employee Audits and Quarterly Performance Reviews.
Office Oversight:
Conduct weekly visits to each office within the assigned region. Monitor and ensure compliance with operational standards and workflows.
Clinical & Operational Support:
Review PC/MA chart documentation for all new patients to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure PC/MA staff are completing assigned tasks on Chrono and within the communication channels. Serve as the initial point of contact for addressing patient complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
Inventory & Supplies:
Manage and coordinate the return or replacement of defective DME (Durable Medical Equipment).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, staffing practices, and patient care standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations. Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and scheduling systems. Experience with inventory platforms.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel regularly between office locations. Flexibility to provide in-office staff coverage as needed. Commitment to fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. Pay:
From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
