Full Job Description Location:
Lakeland, FL | Regional Travel Required A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee HR operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout Florida . This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an HR professional who can support facility leadership, strengthen HR teams, and drive compliance and employee engagement.
Compensation:
$90,000 - $130,000 DOE What You'll Do Oversee and support HR teams across multiple skilled nursing facilities Partner with Administrators and leadership on HR strategy and employee relations Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies Manage complex employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management Lead initiatives focused on retention, training, and employee engagement Monitor turnover, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics Support FMLA/leave administration, workers' compensation, and union relations Coach and develop facility HR Managers and promote consistent HR practices across the region What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Proven HR leadership experience; skilled nursing or healthcare experience strongly preferred Multi-site HR experience preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel regularly between facilities throughout Florida Competitive compensation based on experience. #hp123
