Human Resources Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to contribute to the overall success of our organization. Duties

• Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Assist in organizational design initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency
• Manage data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting
• Support strategic planning efforts related to human capital management
• Conduct succession planning activities to ensure organizational continuity
• Implement change management strategies to support organizational growth
• Position will participate in Quality Assurance activities as required to ensure program compliance and quality of service delivery. Skills
