Job Description

HR Business Partner Responsible for the administration and development of personnel functions including employee relations, recruitment and hiring, affirmative action, EEO, diversity, personnel policies and procedures, HR data management (SAP), managing temporary workforce, orientation programs, and other employee initiatives. The role is based in Pensacola, Florida , serving as a key strategic partner to various departments to enhance organizational effectiveness. Job Responsibilities Recruits, interviews, screens, and refers applicants for all types of positions. Communicates employment offers and conducts ad hoc studies/analyses related to employment/recruitment. Coordinates contract staffing efforts with selected staffing providers. Administers FAA/DOT Alcohol and Drug program. Assists departments with career path planning, organizational development, and trade progression activities. Creates, designs, implements, and evaluates new programs, policies, and activities aimed at improving employee relations and communication. Develops and delivers presentations to executive management on new policies, programs, or organizational changes. Writes and updates job descriptions, employee handbooks, policies, procedures, and communications. Serves on the EEO Council, investigating complaints when required. Manages special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and adaptable to new software applications Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and persuasive skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR data and sensitive information Experience working with managers and supervisors on coaching and professional development Minimum of 3 years of HR or related experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate:
$25-30/hour
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM After meeting the qualification requirements, employees are offered through
