The Human Resources Manager position will be located in our Pensacola Headquarters office. This position will support Executive Staff members as requested. This is a full-time position, typically working Monday through Friday. Some travel required (25% or less). Responsibilities Build new HR Processes and Procedures that align with the business objectives and Federal guidelines Oversee and ensure compliance with HR Federal initiatives and mandates Administer SCA/WD requirements Enhance, manage and maintain Company benefits program Provide expertise, knowledge, insight and recommendations on the sustainment and improvement of Deltek Costpoint as it relates to HR processing, payroll, and Time and Expense Qualifications BA/BS degree in HR, Accounting, or Business Administration At least 5 years experience managing a Human Resource Department At least 5 years experience working with the Federal Government as a Contractor Working knowledge of Federal and State HR laws and regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies Ability to effectively communicate/collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions both verbally and in writing Preferred qualifications Master's Degree Prior government contracting experience in

HR or Payroll High Preference:
