In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your leadership will drive the development of innovative HR programs that support our business objectives and promote a positive, inclusive workplace environment. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape organizational strategies and ensure HR practices align with our company's mission and values. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational growth, talent management, and employee engagement. Lead talent acquisition efforts by overseeing sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation processes to attract top talent. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating effective resolution strategies. Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other labor regulations across all operations. Oversee performance management systems, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning initiatives to foster continuous development. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, payroll processing through platforms like ADP or Workday, and benefits administration. Supervise HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions. Lead change management projects and process improvements to optimize HR operations using tools like UltiPro, Kronos, or Paychex. Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, budgeting for HR initiatives, and program management efforts. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA regulations and FMLA requirements. Proven negotiation skills in contract discussions, vendor relationships, and conflict resolution. Strong talent acquisition expertise coupled with experience in sourcing through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Taleo or Paylocity. Demonstrated supervising experience in managing HR teams and leading strategic initiatives at the senior leadership level. Expertise in employee orientation programs, training & development strategies, and performance management systems. Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or Dayforce for data analysis and process automation. Skilled in benefits administration including workers' compensation claims processing and program management. Excellent communication skills for presentations, stakeholder engagement, and fostering a collaborative environment. Ability to manage budgets effectively while implementing process improvements for efficiency gains. Familiarity with HR software solutions like Kronos, UltiPro, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent systems for human capital management.
