We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Stuart, Florida. The role will focus on overseeing employee relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance within a small office setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee enrollment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and addressing employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Handle employee relations matters professionally, fostering a positive work environment.
• Supervise HR functions such as payroll, time tracking, and HRIS system updates.
• Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and other HR needs.
• Maintain and update HR documentation to reflect current regulations and company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding workplace policies and benefits.
• Assist with audits and reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
