Human Resources Manager We are a fast-growing, multi-state company seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources & Manager to support employee operations, onboarding, compliance, and administrative coordination across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building systems and processes, and can effectively support both field and office operations while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, highly responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Compensation Full-time position Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Administration Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and onboarding paperwork Maintain organized employee files and HR documentation Assist with employee relations and internal communication initiatives Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Track PTO, employee records, and organizational updates Assist leadership with HR-related reporting and administrative support Support hiring efforts by coordinating interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding logistics as needed Contract Coordination Prepare and organize independent contractor agreements, onboarding packets, and company documentation Maintain organized digital records and compliance documentation Coordinate signatures and contract execution using digital platforms Support operational workflows and process improvement initiatives Assist with scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination across departments Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, administration, operations, or related roles Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with HR software, digital onboarding platforms, and administrative systems Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional, positive, and solution-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multi-state operations Knowledge of 1099 contractor onboarding and compliance Experience working in construction, healthcare, field services, or fast-growing companies preferred HR certification or related degree is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who moves quickly, communicates clearly, stays highly organized, and genuinely enjoys helping build strong teams and company culture.
