HR Director

We re looking for a strategic, people-focused HR Director to lead all aspects of human resources for a growing organization in Winter Park. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR leader who thrives on building strong teams, improving processes, and partnering with leadership to support business growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: someone who can shape HR policy and culture while also rolling up their sleeves to support recruiting, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development.

salary:

$130,000 - $140,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

BachelorsResponsibilities Lead day-to-day HR operations and long-term people strategy. Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts. Manage employee relations with professionalism, fairness, and discretion. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Support performance management, coaching, and employee development. Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to strengthen the workforce. Help build a positive, high-performance culture.
