Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Onsite Staffing Manager job in Acworth, GA. As an Onsite Staffing Manager with Inergroup, you will assume a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our onsite staffing operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination, efficient operations, and exceptional client and candidate experiences. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating a positive workplace environment.

Salary:

Starting Salary of $45,000 - $50,000year and great benefits available!

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all staffing-related matters.

Onsite Staffing Oversight:

Manage daily staffing operations at the client's location, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, adherence to client requirements, and timely problem resolution.

Recruitment and Talent Management:

Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify, source, and onboard qualified candidates to meet client demands. Conduct interviews and assessments as necessary.

Performance Management:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of onsite staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans as needed.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, and documentation, comply with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations. Generate regular reports on staffing metrics.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve staffing-related issues and challenges promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Production Management:

Review daily production orders and schedules to provide smooth workflows and the successful achievement of the production goals.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance onsite staffing processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bilingual with ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Proven experience in staffing, workforce management, or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong leadership and people management skills. Exceptional client relationship-building abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
