Bilingual On-site Supervisor (Agency Rep)

Hours:
7:00am-4:00pm or willing to work overtime as needed (start as early as 5:00am and stay as last as 6:00pm) Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Onsite/ Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong account management skills and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Bilingual Account Manager will leverage their expertise in technology sales and business development to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities Conducts full cycle recruiting process including recruiting for open opportunities, prescreening requirements and ensures quality of candidates according to client needs. On boards new hires based on customer standards. Assigns, terminates and update employee files as required and needed. Conducts badging and system set ups as required by customer maintain active rosters Participates in special projects as assigned and/or needeD Conducts workers comp injury compliance provides drug tests for reasonable suspicions and post accident injuries. Serves as the primary point of contact for employees throughout their employment experience (i.e. communicates status, answers questions). Maintains and processes employee files in a timely and confidential manner. Must be a self‐starter who is extremely organized and detail oriented. Develop and execute New Hire Orientations, when needed. Assist at job sites, as needed, when recruiting is at a minimal. This may include training associates, conducting orientations, assisting in supervision of employees on the floor and other various duties. Provide organized reports that clearly as requested by customer and Supreme Staffing. Ability to travel, locally, daily. Travel could be, but not limited to, job fairs, job sites, "and other various locations. Manages customers day to day Maintains the payroll process for customer and Supreme Staffing Maintains all required reports for customer Must attend all agency meetings and report Must manage all time keeping systems within facilities Must have weekly meetings with upper management on any updates, changes or needs for assigned accounts #Internal123
