Coordinate training & development programs to enhance skills across the organization while supporting change management initiatives. Lead HR sourcing efforts through social media management and other channels to attract diverse talent pools. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices. In-depth knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance requirements. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels and external partners. Experience in benefits administration and payroll processing is preferred. Administrative experience with data collection and data entry accuracy is essential.
