About the Opportunity A well-established healthcare organization is seeking an HR Business Partner I to support daily HR functions onsite , including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Salary range is generally $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year based on experience. Responsibilities Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention efforts Maintain personnel records and ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and pre-employment processes Manage workers' compensation and unemployment claims Support payroll processing and employee status changes Maintain employee relations programs and assist with coaching and corrective action processes Coordinate orientation and employee training programs Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information Partner with leadership on staffing and workforce planning initiatives Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of Human Resources administration experience required HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred Prior healthcare or regulated industry experience Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Employer-paid life insurance Tuition Assistance Program Career advancement opportunities Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday; some weekend work & on-call outside of normal working hours to include holidays
