Recruitment and Talent Acquisition :

Manage the full hiring process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, background checks, drug screenings and managing documentation and information on new employees

Employee Relations :

Serve as a liaison between management and staff, addressing Grievance, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture

Client Relations:

Coordinating with our client HR Team and accurately reporting back to E&E Upper Management for any new updates or changes.

Support On-boarding and Off-boarding :

Coordinate with E&E On-site Manager including but not limited to First day Orientation, PPE distribution etc. Support urgent safety matters : Support of any injured employees in the hospital and follow up with incident reports accordingly.

HR Strategy and Policy Development :

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives.

Performance Management :

Oversee employee performance reviews, coaching, and development programs to enhance productivity and engagement.

Compliance and Legal Oversight :

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, and safety regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications HR or Office Administration Experience is a Plus! Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish and English to communicate with employees. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and data-informed decision-making capabilities as an Assistant HR Manager. Familiarity with Excel and using social media to post Job Ads. Work Environment Typically, office-based with some occasional travel to On-site for HR Meetings, and Client HR Team Support. Qualifications Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English ( Bilingual Preferred ). Experience in working in cross-cultural team is a Plus.
