The Company operates in a project-based, multi-location environment and works with both domestic and international employees, business partners, and affiliated organizations. As the Company continues to expand its operations, workforce, and geographic presence, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to strengthen our HR organization, policies, and employee support systems.

Full-time, On-site 1. The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage the Company's Human Resources function, overseeing employee relations, HR policies and procedures, employee benefits, internal recruitment, performance management, compliance, and workforce-related HR operations. The position will serve as a key liaison between employees, management, and executive leadership and will be responsible for developing and maintaining consistent HR practices that support the Company's continued growth and business operations. As the Company transitions its Human Resources function toward its Georgia headquarters, this position will be based in Georgia with frequent travel to Clarksville, Tennessee, where a significant portion of the Company's current HR operations and workforce are located. The position requires substantial experience in Human Resources management, strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural work environment. 1.
Main Role & Responsibilities HR Policy & Performance Management:
Develop, review, and administer Company HR policies and procedures, including the employee handbook, performance reviews, PTO, attendance, disciplinary processes, and other employment practices.
Employee Benefits:
Oversee employee benefit programs and support compensation administration, including salary structures, market benchmarking, job classification, annual compensation reviews, enrollment, renewals, and benefit-related matters.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee concerns, grievances, workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters, and investigations while advising managers on appropriate and consistent resolution.
Internal Recruitment & Hiring:
Lead internal recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning in coordination with department managers.
Employment Compliance:
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements, including Form I-9, E-Verify, personnel records, record retention, wage-and-hour requirements, and leave administration. Maintain compliance across Georgia, Tennessee, and other states in which the Company operates or may operate based on business needs, coordinating with legal counsel or outside professionals when necessary.
Workers' Compensation & Safety Administration:
Oversee workers' compensation claims, workplace injury documentation, applicable OSHA recordkeeping, and return-to-work coordination while partnering with Safety and Operations on workplace safety and compliance matters.
HR Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and develop HR team members while maintaining consistent HR practices across Company locations. 2.
Additional Responsibilities HRIS:
Support or lead HRIS implementation, administration, and process improvement.
Payroll Coordination:
Coordinate and review HR-related payroll information in partnership with Accounting and payroll providers, including employee data, compensation changes, deductions, PTO, and employee status changes.
Visa/Immigration Support:
Coordinate employer-sponsored immigration matters with employees, management, and immigration counsel.
Government Claims:
Coordinate responses to employment-related agency inquiries, claims, audits, and administrative matters.
Other Duties:
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on organizational and business needs. 3.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant responsibility in HR operations, employee relations, policy administration, recruitment, benefits, or compliance
Leadership:
Demonstrated experience managing and developing HR teams; experience supervising three (3) or more team members is strongly preferred.
HR Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, benefits, recruitment, HR policy administration, and applicable employment laws.
Communication:
Strong leadership, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills
Travel:
Ability to travel frequently between Georgia and Clarksville, Tennessee, and other Company locations as required. Bilingual in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing) 4.
