What You'll Do:
Maintain the employee handbook and ensure compliance with DOL, OSHA, ADA, and other labor regulations Serve as the go-to resource for workplace, medical, and grievance-related issues Own the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, and offboarding Lead, coach, and develop your HR team Partner on payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Track HR metrics and trends, reporting regularly to senior leadership Model ethical leadership and champion diversity, inclusion, and sustainability
Requirements:
