A Human Resources Manager manages human resources functions for a company or organization, including the recruiting, hiring and training of employees. Works with executive management to develop and implement staffing and compensation plans and works to attract and retain qualified employees. Oversees training and development initiatives. Manages compensation and benefits structure and provides information to employees. Monitors compliance with employment-related regulations. Implements company policies and deals with staffing or disciplinary issues as needed.

This is a professional position with outstanding pay opportunity for the right person.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential responsibilities for this position include: Solid accounting background Proficient in accounting software Knowledge in preparing financial statements and reports Solid experience in managing company policies and procedures Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven strong work ethic Organizational skills Skilled in the accounting field with knowledge of processing, spreadsheet, inventory and payroll systems Work with CPA to ensure accuracy on all taxes and tax returns Strong understanding of customer service Human resource responsibilities are basic, but will increase base salary if able to do these added responsibilities (1 to 2 hours per week). This can be discussed further during the interview process.QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, human resources or equivalent experience preferred. Excellent English, writing, people and communication skillsExperience:
Minimum of two (2) years of finance experience preferred, with an emphasis in accounting. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but will consider all applicants. Ability to work collaboratively with other department and team members is critically important. Strong verbal, written, math skills and previous manufacturing experience preferred. Must be highly motivated and self-directed. Demonstrated desire to work in a dynamic customer service environment going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills, including resolving customer grievances in positive and empathetic manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work. Safety Maintain a clean work area and proper maintenance of equipment.
