Provides strategic leadership and oversight of all human resources
functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, legal requirements, and best practices.
Serves as a trusted advisor to
executive leadership and management, supporting employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Leads
efficient, equitable, and compliant HR operations by leveraging data, technology, and continuous improvement to support a high-performing
workplace culture.
Serves as the organization's Title IX Coordinator, overseeing compliance, investigations, training, and response
processes to ensure adherence to federal and institutional Title IX requirements.
Essential Job Functions
Provide
strategic leadership for the human resources function by developing and administering HR policies, programs, and practices that align with
the college's mission, values, and strategic priorities, including direct supervision of Payroll and Benefits staff.

higher-education regulations, including Title IX, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, and related reporting and training requirements, with functional
oversight of payroll- and benefits-related compliance activities.

management efforts by advising leadership, addressing workplace concerns, supporting performance evaluation processes, and ensuring
consistent application of policies.

as needed.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in
human resources management, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5 years' human resources experience working as HR Business Partner or Director of Human Resources.
Professional certification in
Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM-CP desired.
