$40+/HR (DOE) Employment Solutions is hiring a Temporary HR Manager for a manufacturing client in Mt. Pleasant, IA. This full-time, onsite assignment is expected to last approximately 2 months . We're seeking an experienced HR professional who can step in quickly and oversee daily HR operations while supporting employees and leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage daily HR operations and provide support to leadership. Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution. Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reporting. Support employee engagement and HR process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of HR experience , including leadership responsibilities. Manufacturing experience preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
