Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and organizational development. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates using HR sourcing tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors. Lead employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. Manage employee evaluation processes by establishing performance management systems aligned with organizational goals. Oversee benefits administration, including health plans, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance. Drive change management initiatives by facilitating organizational design, succession planning, and workforce management projects. Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and HR legal requirements through diligent policy updates and staff training. Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Oracle HCM or UltiPro for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), payroll processing, and personnel administration. Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism while managing conflict resolution efforts. Coordinate training & development programs to enhance skills across teams and support career growth. Conduct affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace environment. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in HR department operations. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, talent management, and strategic planning. Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel for data analysis. In-depth knowledge of employment law in talent management, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA regulations, and HR legal compliance standards. Excellent communication skills English & Spanish with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Strong project management skills with experience leading organizational design or change management projects. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and reporting tasks. Experience with recruiting tools such as iCIMS or Taleo; familiarity with social media management for employer branding is a plus. Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or
PHR/SPHR
