$40,000-$45,000 annually

Full‑Time, Onsite PeopleShare is seeking a motivated and hands‑on Onsite Manager to support one of our key clients in Romeoville, IL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys leading people, and excels at building strong client relationships. As the Onsite Manager, you will act as an extension of our client's HR and operations team — overseeing recruiting, workforce management, employee relations, and daily onsite support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for client leadership, supervisors, and associates Lead full‑cycle recruiting for hourly roles: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and coordinating pre‑employment requirements Manage a multi‑shift workforce, including attendance tracking, coaching, corrective action, and performance documentation Process weekly payroll, audit new‑hire paperwork, and maintain accurate reporting and workforce metrics Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and ongoing recruiting strategies Ensure compliance with PeopleShare and client policies, safety standards, and HR procedures Conduct safety walkthroughs, support investigations, and partner with internal teams on unemployment and workers' compensation matters Provide exceptional customer service to both the client and associates, ensuring smooth daily operations Qualifications 2-5 years of recruiting experience required (onsite or high‑volume preferred) 1+ year of leadership or onsite management experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, logistics‑focused environment Flexibility to support business needs and occasional overtime Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred Why PeopleShare At PeopleShare, we believe in teamwork, growth, and doing the right thing.
