full-time We are seeking an experienced HR Business Process Analyst to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in HR operations, business process improvement, and HRIS platforms, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
?? Design and optimize end-to-end HR business processes ?? Drive HR transformation and workflow automation initiatives ?? Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency ?? Support and optimize HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG ?? Develop process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks ?? Analyze HR metrics and implement continuous process improvements ?? Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
