LSSI is hiring a full-time Human Resources Business Partner , Monday through Friday. The HRBP is responsible for serving as a strategic liaison between HR and business operations, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goal for designated business units, networks and programs. Also responsible for assessing and anticipating HR needs for the respective business unit as well as serving as a consultant to the business unit management on HR related matters and issues.

Collaborate with assigned networks/programs to define needs and objectives in HR areas including but not limited to employment, compensation, employee relations, employee retention, and training. Work with related management in evaluating individual and organizational development needs. Partner with management in developing their team members through career pathing. Maintain knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements relating to HR, reducing legal risks, and mitigating financial impact to the network's bottom line. Manage and resolve employee relations issues as they arise. Conduct objective investigations and provide mediation and/or facilitation services. Provide guidance and interpret policies, procedures, and practices for all HR related questions for employees. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (non-HR related) and professional HR certification sponsored by HRCI or SHRM required. Bachelor's degree in human resources management preferred. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in progressive roles in HR, with at least five (5) of those years in employee relations, general HR management, and training and development required. Background check clearance required. Experience and maintaining solid working relationships required. Experience designing and implementing supervisory training programs required. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing. Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software. Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency required. Access to reliable transportation required. Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage required.
