General Summary This job serves as an onsite strategic and operational HR partner responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources support across assigned sites. This role provides end-to-end HR support while elevating service delivery, consistency, and operational alignment. The incumbent partners closely with site leadership and teammates to support employee relations, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and HR program execution. This role balances hands-on execution with consultative support, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with business needs while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. Will typically support at least one site; may support more than one site based on operational need. Primary Responsibilities Serve as an HR partner to site leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, and workforce needs. Serve as a liaison between employees, leadership, and HR leadership on HR matters Collaborate with leaders to build organizational capability, bench strength, and engagement. Coach leaders and employees to improve performance, accountability, and workplace effectiveness. Provide interpretation and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Prepare and respond to unemployment claims and support investigations as needed. Support performance management processes including recommendations for goal‑setting, reviews, coaching, and development planning. Assist with succession planning, workforce planning, and replacement strategies. Partner with leaders to identify learning needs, communication styles, and development approaches for their teams. Support leadership development and talent growth initiatives. Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding logistics. Administer performance management, training initiatives, and HR system updates. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED 2 years of HR experience with demonstrated exposure to both HR operations and employee relations Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Preferred Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Prior experience supporting multiple sites or large employee populations Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
Skills & Abilities:
