Phoenix Labor Group is currently accepting applications for our Project Manager position in Hartford, Illinois. The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining, managing, and growing customer accounts. They will also be responsible for all administrative tasks such as coordinating candidates and processing new hires.Job Responsibilities:
- Serving as a point of contact for customers and maintaining good working relationships with them
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Communicating with central office to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
- Coordinating all candidates and personnel for project and processing new hires for central office.
