Up to $75,000+ based on experience We are seeking a hands-on SR. HR Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will work closely with employees and managers across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and employee development. ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and policy interpretationCoordinate full-cycle recruiting and serve as the liaison with staffing partnersFacilitate new hire onboarding and orientationPartner with managers and employees on employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actionsSupport HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsAssist with performance management and coach managers on HR processesCoordinate training and employee development activitiesPrepare HR documentation, reports, offer letters, and other employee-related paperworkMaintain accurate and confidential employee recordsSupport benefits administration and other HR initiativesQualifications5+ years of HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar roleExperience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and performance managementKnowledge of employment laws and HR complianceExperience with HRIS, ATS, and/or payroll systemsManufacturing or industrial HR experience preferredSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plusBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferredWhy Apply?
