Human Resources Manager:
Lead full-cycle recruiting and hiring efforts from sourcing through offer management. Manage onboarding programs to ensure a successful new hire experience. Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations matters and workplace concerns. Oversee performance review processes and support manager development initiatives. Administer employee benefits and HR programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining HR policies and the employee handbook. Qualifications for the
Human Resources Manager:
5+ years of HR Manager or HR Generalist experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; BambooHR experience preferred.
