About Our Client The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the human resources function, serving as a strategic partner to company leadership and a trusted resource for employees. This individual will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and HR policy development while helping drive organizational success through effective people practices. Job Description Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Manage and enhance onboarding programs to ensure successful employee integration and retention. Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies. Employee Relations & Culture Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters. Address employee concerns, workplace issues, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially. Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, morale, and retention. Support leadership in maintaining a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment. Performance Management & Development Administer the annual performance review process and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations. Identify training and development opportunities to support employee growth and career advancement. Partner with department leaders to develop succession planning and talent development strategies. Compliance, Compensation & Benefits Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, PTO administration, and other company-sponsored benefits. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook documentation. Monitor HR metrics and recommend process improvements to support organizational objectives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Manager or senior HR Generalist. Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations. Experience administering benefits programs and supporting performance management processes. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, or
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
is preferred. Experience with HRIS, payroll, and related HR software platforms is a plus. Preferred Experience Experience supporting employees in a construction, manufacturing, industrial, or field-based environment. Familiarity with workforce planning, safety-focused cultures, and multi-site operations. Ability to partner with leadership teams to drive employee engagement and organizational growth.
