The Opportunity & Your Impact As an integral part of the leadership team, our Aquatics Managers inspire members through movement, community, and personal attention while leading our world-class Aquatics team. Job Overview On-Site 2211 Waukegan Rd, Bannockburn, IL 60015 Full-Time How You'll Contribute Demonstrating sound leadership, optimism and exceptional communication with members and coaches Engaging more members in more programs and with more coaches Committing to Gain, Train, and Retain world class aquatics talent Monitoring aquatics associates development and career pathway Developing, delivering, and measuring aquatics programs Conducting annual talent reviews of aquatics associates Overseeing annual aquatics budget What You'll Need to Succeed Have five or more years of management, talent development, and programming experience Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills Possess nationally recognized certifications in aquatics including: AFO or equivalent, CPR/AED, First Aid Possess ability to provide multisensory instruction: auditory, visual, tactile, kinesthetic Possess the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely Have collaborative team-building and performance management capabilities Across all roles, candidates must demonstrate alignment with Midtown's core values: Win together Glass half-full Passionate about helping others Better than yesterday Kind Compensation & Benefits This is a salaried role with an annual compensation range of 48,000 - 55,000. Addition hourly compensation of $20- $24 per hour may be earned as an Aquatics coach for our swim program. The final offered compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
