Full Job Description Audit Manager Location:
Onsite in Lincolnshire, IL FullTime The ideal candidate will have strong public accounting and financial statement audit experience , an active CPA license , management experience, and exposure to private equity-backed or middle-market clients . Key Responsibilities Lead financial statement audit engagements from planning through completion. Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and audit documentation. Manage client relationships, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables. Supervise, mentor, and develop audit associates and senior staff. Research and resolve complex accounting and audit issues. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and leadership. Support client service, business development, and process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's preferred. Active CPA license required. 5+ years of public accounting/A&A experience. 5+ years of financial statement audit experience. 2+ years of supervisory or management experience. Strong audit engagement leadership and client-management skills. Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and audit/accounting software.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $141,000.00 per year
