Job Summary The Butterfield Healthcare Group is expanding their leadership team and is now hiring for Human Resources Directors. The HR Director is responsible for the "hands on" administration of HR functions with a familiarity of recruitment, retention, employee engagement, payroll, benefits, regulatory compliance as it relates to healthcare.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and retention of staff. Ensure regulatory compliance as it relates to hiring and continued employment of facility staff Manage employee relations, including corrective action, investigations, and documentation. Administration of payroll and timekeeping functions. Onboarding new hires. Manage employee injuries and OSHA reporting. Collaborate and provide guidance to the Administrator and the facility management team as it relates to employee management and relations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources in a Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living or a Hospital setting preferred. Strong communication skills High level of confidentiality as it relates to all matters of the role Strong organizational skills. Detail oriented, excellent writing and communication skills. Experience with Paylocity and Smartlinx preferred
